This page covers overeden.com, the website of Over Eden, the rooftop bar and restaurant at TRYP by Wyndham Pittsburgh, 177 40th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201. It explains what the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

The contact form

When you send the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, and your message, plus your company name and phone number if you add them. We use it only to answer you. It is stored on Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and emailed to the Over Eden and TRYP team. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

With each message we also record the time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. That helps us tell real messages from automated spam.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read: pages viewed, roughly where visitors are, the device and browser, and how they found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. We never send it your name, email address or phone number. You can block it with your browser's settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to other services, such as the hotel's calendar, our job listings, Facebook, Instagram and Yelp. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one stops at our door.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The only cookies come from Google Analytics, described above.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept as long as we need them to deal with your request. Analytics data is kept under Google's settings for our account, normally 14 months.

Your choices

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
